• Smartscripts is an online doctor’s office, not a prescription fulfillment warehouse or pharmacy. Our mission is to bring affordable, convenient healthcare to everyone.
• Our clinical protocols ensure we only help our patients when we’re confident we can meet the ‘standard of care’. We can guarantee that we’ll always try to provide you with great care. We can’t guarantee that we’ll give you a prescription, if we can’t we will issue you with a refund.
• Our doctors only write prescriptions for the specific medical conditions we treat. In that sense, we’re very different from an in-person doctor’s office. A GP clinic can manage your full range of healthcare needs, whereas we cannot do this
• We have designed our online consultation offering to ensure you understand the services we can offer.
• We do not write prescriptions for controlled substances.
