Sick Note Online Ireland €20 Medical Certificate

A medical certificate (commonly called a sick note) is a formal document issued by a doctor confirming that you are medically unfit for work for a defined period. Many people now request a sick note online in Ireland when they are unable to attend work and need a doctor-issued certificate quickly.

A valid Irish medical certificate includes:

• Date of medical assessment
• Dates certified unfit for work
• Doctor’s name
• Irish Medical Council (IMC) registration number
